xz777 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure, although xz777 takes reasonable technical and organizational measures to maintain Platform security, availability, and game integrity.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits xz777's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such limitation would be prohibited by Philippine law.

Upon termination of an Account for reasons other than Player breach or regulatory action, xz777 will return any verified Real Money Balance to the Player via the registered payment method following completion of any pending investigations and after deduction of any applicable processing costs.
